Terms designed to be understood.

1. The service

Do Now provides retrieval-practice quizzes, teacher-led sessions, learning feedback and optional teacher tools. Features may change as the service improves, but material subscription changes will be communicated clearly.

2. Accounts and classroom use

Teacher accounts use passwordless email access. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your Do Now account. Learners can use free or teacher-led quizzes without an account.

Teachers must use non-identifying Seat IDs and must not submit learner names, health information, safeguarding details or other sensitive information. Schools and teachers remain responsible for deciding whether Do Now is appropriate for their learners and policies.

3. Generated and educational content

Do Now uses automated systems, including AI-supported workflows, to generate, select and adapt material. Content can contain errors, omissions or unsuitable questions. Teachers must review content before high-stakes or formal assessment use. Do Now supports professional judgement; it does not provide a guaranteed learning outcome.

4. Fair use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, overload automated routes, scrape question banks, bypass usage limits, upload unlawful material or use Do Now to harm another person. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

5. Teacher Premium

The current advertised plans are £6 monthly or £60 annually. Stripe shows the final price, billing interval and any applicable tax before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal from the Stripe billing portal linked in the Teacher Dashboard.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests and service failures are handled under the cancellation and refund information. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

6. Ownership

Do Now and its licensors retain rights in the service, design and supplied content. You retain rights in material you submit. You give Do Now permission to process submitted material only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service, subject to the privacy notice.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Do Now secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow it to be excluded. For losses that can lawfully be limited, responsibility is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable from a failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

8. Ending use and changes

You may stop using free features at any time and can delete an authenticated teacher account through the account controls. We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be dated and brought to account holders' attention.
