Teacher Premium
Manage or end your subscription without friction.
Teacher Premium renews monthly or annually until cancelled. You can manage renewal through Stripe from the signed-in Teacher Dashboard.
Open your dashboard
Sign in at Teacher Login using the email attached to your subscription.
Select Manage billing
The secure Stripe portal lets you update payment details, view billing information and cancel renewal.
Confirm cancellation
Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal. Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period shown in the portal.

Refunds and service problems
If a payment is duplicated, a subscription was not delivered as described, or you believe a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, contact support with the charge date and account email. Do not send card details. We will review the account and the circumstances of the request.

Deleting an account is separate
Cancelling renewal does not automatically delete the teacher account or classroom history. Use the authenticated account-deletion control for erasure, or contact support. See the privacy notice.
