For account, quiz, billing, privacy or accessibility help, email the Do Now support address. Include what you were trying to do and any request ID shown on screen.
Sign-in help
Check the email address and spam folder, then request a fresh passwordless link from the Teacher Login page. For security, never forward your sign-in link.
Subscription help
Signed-in teachers can use Manage billing to update payment details or cancel renewal. See cancellation and refunds if the portal is unavailable.
Data requests
The Teacher Dashboard provides authenticated export and account-deletion controls. Email support if you cannot access them. Read the privacy notice for your rights.
